By accessing and using Noise Player (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Noise Player provides an online ambient noise generation tool for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Use of Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Noise Player strictly in accordance with these terms. As a condition of your use of the Service, you warrant that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

• You may not use the Service to build a competing product.
• You may not record or redistribute the generated audio for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's underlying technology.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and the mathematical algorithms used to generate noise, is the property of Noise Player and protected by copyright and other laws. The MP3 loops used (Rain, Waves, etc.) are licensed for use within this Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NOISE PLAYER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Noise Player or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Noise Player has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
